CLOSED NOW - Opens at 9:00am

Out of all my closings, this is by far the worst title company I have encountered. Nothing was on time and the paperwork had mistakes that delayed the closing. The person in charge of coordinating documentation was very defensive and kept on making up "laws" as reasons why she did not complete tasks. Just to give you an example, they moved more than a year ago (as of the date of this posting) and their address has not been updated in google maps or in YP. They are actually at 5820 North Federal Highway - just down the street where they used to be. Lyn is the person that was handling our closing.

Have not closed with them yet, but about to cut a Check to Corporate Title Inc. and very scared considering their website above is a broken link. Will update to 5 star if site fixed or closing goes smoothly.

Lynn and her folks at Corporate Title went above and beyond. They always kept us informed and would return calls the same day. Unlike the Lenders and Inspectors. Even when the lenders were not doing there jobs Corporate Title would step in and do it or push them to get it done. So glad they were on board. I was pulling my hair out with the lenders and others. Even after the closing they made sure we had all our documents in order and recorded. They even called us when our deed was recorded and in the mail to us. I will always highly recommend Corporate Title for any of your closing or title needs.
