I received a letter from their agent Daniela. I called got quote, signed up. After my check was received, nobody would pick up on my calls or returned calls. I had minor issues, like bank did not get a proof of insurance, then later I had MIT report to get some adjustments to my premium. I could not get anyone on a phone. I had to find the # and communicate with insurance directly. For some time I was even worried that I sent my check to some con artist.
