Do not use this company! My car still has not shipped over a week after I was told it would ship. Now I'm told that it will cost an additional hundred dollars. Plus, I am constantly put on hold, given the run-around, and have been spoken to in a disrespectful manner. Nobody returns my phone calls, even though I have provided them with three phone numbers to reach me at!

HORRIBLE AND UNRELIABLE COMPANY!!!! My vehicles never got picked up, no phone calls returned as promised and emails went ignored! It is atrocious how they have handled this whole situation....cost us thousands to find an alternative!



They don't even deserve one star!

Quick version: They are nice until they get your non-refundable deposit, then they disappear. Mistruths everywhere. They are excellent at avoiding you and giving you any information. They lowball the quote to get you under contract and off the board and then cant actually land you a driver. No calls or emails will be answered or returned during this time



Full version:



Todd was wonderfully pleasant and we talked about life while getting the quote finalized and the contract signed. He then told me that the car would be picked up almost for sure on the first available date of the 18th, and if something went totally awry, then it would be picked up no problem on the 19th. As soon as their non-refundable deposit it put in their account, the goose chase begins.



I would receive multiple calls from representatives, each telling me a different story about what was happening with my driver or what they were waiting on. Insurance papers not coming through, driver is stuck at the auction for the weekend, driver's truck broke down, etc. All of the representatives were tight lipped and busy and didn't have any information to share except for their prepared statement they called me with. All except Todd, he was always very nice and respectful whenever I could get him on the phone. He never provided me with a truthful answer, and he was amazing at avoiding me at all costs.



Around 6 days after the car was supposed to have been picked up, Todd called back once finally, and stated that he was shocked no one had taken care of me and that the customer service line was not answering and not calling back. He promised someone would call me back within 30-45 minutes with a solution to my problem and that they would take care of me. That was 5 days ago and is the last time I have heard from Todd or ANYONE in the company. They are just gone.



I called the customer service line, Todd's line, and I even found a local number for them in florida and left a message and no one responded. I sent several emails and had no response.



This was the craziest, shadiest interaction I have ever had shipping a car and I am still in shock that these guys have been able to be in business longer than a month and are still ripping people off. The deposit is stated in contract as non-refundable because its payment for their efforts and if they can't find a truck at that price then you're out of luck.

Customer service is atrocious. They are terrible at serving the customer, just terrible. They told me they were going to use their own truck and driver, which is why i paid extra. But nope, they brokered it out to someone else, and then tried to get me to pay more money to deliver to destination or risk delay. Will never use again.

BEWARE

After getting my car to the vehicle safety inspection station, there was damage found to the front end CV boots. Inspector determined that the damage(same on both sides) was done by the transport company when the car was secured. There was no such issue when the Audi dealership had inspected the car before shipping.

Exceptional was contacted but totally ignored my request for them to look into this matter, even after a second try

This is not the first time I have used a transport company,( guy I used previous had retired) but the last for "so called" EXCEPTIONAL.
