HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ON VALENTINES DAY THESE PEOPLE DELIVERED OUR FLOWERS LATE AFTER THEY WERE SPECIFICALLY TOLD THAT THE PERSON LEAVES AT 4:30 AND THEN THEY CALL LATER TO TRY TO DELIVER THE FLOWERS AT OUR HOME.... SPOILED THE FUN OF GETTING FLOWERS DELIVERED TO THE OFFICE. SO UPSET.. THEN THE DELIVERY GUY DOESN'T SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH AND TRYING TO CALL FOR DIRECTIONS.. WHO DOESN'T HAVE A GPS IF YOU ARE A DELIVERY GUY?!?!?!!?

great customer service, and the best roses I ever seen. The roses all blum completely and last some times more then week. I buy from them every week for my wife and recommend Hernan and family to any event flowers and roses needs.
