I was speaking on the phone with a really rude girl which sounded like a teenager working as the reception. She answered the phone like if she was mad at the whole world she was speaking very disrespectful and wasnt willing to book in appointment for 5 people. Her words were "We are really busy bye" In the rudest manner ever. I really think they really shouldnt have people like this answering for a salon, because now they just lost 5 clients because of her. After i asked to speak to a manager and refused to past me anyone, she knew that what she did was wrong and now didnt want to take responsibility for her actions. After she hung up. This is the worst person who could be working for them. I really feel sorry for this salon, they are not realizing what a bad employee they have who is making the salon loose money.
