I was given a $900.00 estimate...

I was given a $900.00 estimate by this vet to cure my pet. I wanted a second opinion so I drove across town to another vet and was given a full diagnosis and antibiotics for $120.00. I will never show up again at Jaffe Animal Clinic and I will warn everybody I know.

I am sorry that you feel that you were being ripped off . Since I do not know who you are, I am unable to comment on your specific situation. Many illnesses, based on exam findings, haverecommended treatments to provide the best care and highest chance of success. If your pet s illness indicated that hospitalization and treatment was the best option, we would recommend that. If you chose to go for a less expensive treatment option, there is a chance that the outcome may not be ideal. If the outcome with a less expensive treatment was successful, that is great, but there is no way to determine that when treatment is recommended. We can offer a less expensive, yet less ideal treatment option when asked, but if you didn t ask for that, we would not offer it as our first choice as our clients generally want what is in their pet s best interest. I am always available to discuss concerns or costs related to your pet s medical care. You just have to ask. I would also ask you, that if you chose the less expensive option and the outcome was less than ideal, would you have posted a review stating that you wish you would have elected for the option we recommended? Amazing vet clinic

I was here to give a review and saw the one about their bad boarding experience. They must be nuts.

I have boarded our dog at the Jaffe Animal Clinic several times and am very very pleased with how our dog was cared for, how nice the staff is and even the facilities when I took a tour.

He got his yearlies done while boarding and Dr. Jaffe sat down with me when I picked up and went over all of his findings.

I only wish I found this place sooner. They really take time with you and you don't feel rushed when you are there. The staff is very friends and helpful and it is great when they know your name every time you go in.

Very nice place. You have to check it out to see for yourself what a difference the right veterinary clinic can make.
