Whom rent from this apartment complex get completely taking advantage of as a Tenant. For example. A few people

Have filed a complaint about the same issue to the city, and the landlord refused to fix the Problem for somebody. Please in be advised that the meadow reach apartments have been allowing their tenants to live in an unsafe condition even while their remolding progress continue. There is always paper outside and Random people hanging outside with open containers distribing the peace of renters. I don't like how they just walk inside your apartment without proper notice, also we will recover a serval notices for an inspection that need to be pass by city, but they haven't stuck to the dates as far as inspections goes therefore that clearly means to me that they aren't doing their job right. I believe anyone who's looking to rent from a place should google their future slum lord. It's always better safe then to be sorry. The keeps going up and the office is not professional.

I've been living here since summer. My apartment was renovated right before i moved in. I love the look of it. The neighborhood is close to everything. Very close to FAU. I ride my bike to class daily. They recently installed new washing machines in recently. They also accept small pets which is a plus for me.
