They do not stand behind their products and sold me a bunk phone - then told me that I should not have downloaded the latest iOS updates on the iPhone 4s, even though it was a 5s that I bought from them. I am very disappointed that a company that sells so much product would not stand behind a "Mint" phone they sold me that never worked correctly and now will not even boot into the iOS. So I am stuck with a phone that never worked and a seller that will not back up their sale.

In January, I apparently had the "black screen of death" on my Galaxy 4S (ironically and unfortunately I received after the death of my cousin). By the time I took it to the closest repair shop (ubreak...whatever they are called) my screen had mostly returned. They told me the problem and said it would be $155 and pay half now and get it back in a day or two.



I wanted a second opinion and came to Mobile Source after driving through the maze of warehouses. The rep told me if he would take it in the back and put it on the machine. Alarm bells went off in my head...what are they going to do to it in the back?



He came out a minute later and said it was the same problem as the other place told me. He also said that it was not the original part. He further said, it was working fine at that point and there was no sense in fixing it and I should wait and see if continues to work.



Three months later, the phone works fine. Like an auto repair shop or a HVAC company, they can tell you anything and you really don't know. Duh, I was even banging on a table the night before reading suggestions online.



How much more honest of a business can you ask for?



I kept forgetting to write this, but since the phone won't charge in the car (online says you need a 2 amp charger), I remembered as I plan to check it out with these guys tomorrow.



I wish they fixed cars too...at least I know I would not get ripped off.



Please give them your business...don't let nice guys finish last.
