I used molly maids for a year every two weeks. The only good thing I can say us they show up when they say they will. Other than that they have less than stellar cleaning skills but reliability means a lot to me. I lived alone and I myself was very clean so my house wasn't a big job they only cleaned for 1 1/2 hours. What I'm most upset about was when I sold my 1700sft townhouse I requested a estimate for my 1000sft 1 bedroom apartment I was given a time a date to come by to give me the cost to clean my new home. I was called 1 hour before the expected estimate only to be told the cost would be the same. 1st why did they wait the two weeks to say that over the phone?! I took a half day off from work to meet with them only to be called and told they would not charge me any different. I guess a two story 1700sft townhouse cost the same as my new tiny apartment. If that's how they treat their faithful clients then I'm better off. They are over priced to boot so It's no loss for me but I think it's pretty crappy they called to say that sight unseen. I guess they don't need my business. I was given a much better price with their rival company. I would not recommend then based on my experience.
