PC Wizards clearly lives up to its name. For well over a decade, it has been building custom computers for me, right down to the very last detail, as well as maintaining and updating them. Their prices are extremely reasonable and affordable to the average user. And what's even best is their ability to repair most computers within four hours.

My personal/business computer was on the “outs” so I started to shop for a new computer to replace. There are so many options (memory, RAM, processor, screen, battery life, warrantees, etc.) that it overwhelmed and confused me to the point where I was

After maintaining a rapport with "Mike" (owner of PC Wizard) for nearly a decade, his true nature has revealed itself. I purchased a motherboard from an alternate store (Comp USA), installed it and ran into a question. I contacted Mike to shoot a few ideas past him. When he found out that I had not been "faithful" to his company, he berated, insulted, and criticized me, extensively. I was shocked! I called to ask a simple question and was being treated like Benedict Arnold, being held for high treason. He advised me that "it's not about the money". That, "(he) had all the money in the world", and didn't need my business anymore.



Wow! Quite the business sense, especially in this economy. So, share with your acquaintances this story, my friend. Avoid this business, at every opportunity. There are others more interested in providing customer service in a professional manner.
