I had a 4:30 appt. to have my dog bathed on Wednesday, the 3rd of June. When I arrived at 4:20pm I asked how long it would be till she was ready and the girl said 3 -4 hours. This was just for a bath and when I asked why so long another girl told me they had another dog scheduled to come in at 5:30 and that would make my dog later. When I have had my dog there for a full grooming it has never been more than 2 - 21/2 hours and I had an appointment for 4:30. Why should my dog wait for another hour until the dog scheduled for an hour later comes in and is taken care of. I have been taking my dog there for 9 years and I left with my dog and with out being taken care of. The only thing they asked was if I wanted to reschedule. No way! I am still so upset about this and will never go back to the grooming salon there. The one girl was rude and overbearing and seemed to be trying to impress a new girl who was just a little embarrassed. I felt sorry for her. She seemed to be very sweet. There is no excuse for how I was treated that day and for not taking care of a pet who had an appointment. I never thought this could happen to me at this store.
