There is a blond receptionist who answers the phone that is EXTREMELY rude - totally inpatient- and if one has an accent she just puts someone else on the phone and makes you wait long time. I don't know how the vets still didn't fire her because that's what she deserves, until she decides to grow up. I won't go back to the clinic because of her. There are lots of clinics around with nice, decent and competent staff to go to.

The doctor is such a nice guy and so is the staff. He helps homeless pets from the tri county humane society and he really cares about animals.
