Hello,

This message is to inform School of Rock that I have informed the Better Business Bureu of West Palm Beach of my more than 5 monthly charges that I did not ask for. I brought this fact to the attention of Darek Bloch the General Manager of SOR Boca Raton, he did nothing.

Since School of Rock doesn't have a headquarters email, number, or complaints division I will be using social media to express my displeasure at receiving such bad service from the School's administration and horrible customer service. As a businessman who deals with service on a daily basis I understand the need to make sure a client is satisfied with the service they have received. In this case not only was the service I received bad but also the customer service representative did not resolve my problem.

I have left a review to reflect the level of service I received and I have just begun to share my bad experience with friends and family. Soon I will be informing coworkers, old band members, extended family, out of touch school friends, parents, teachers, and the city of Boca Raton, Florida. This all seems quite ridiculous I know, but so does charging somebody more than $800 and not reaching out, following up, or eventually refunding them for services that were not used or even desired.

I haven't used up any of the SOR's staff time, energy, or services. I haven't used any of the School of Rock facilities, practice spaces, or even rest rooms. I am not asking for the the month fee (4 classes) that I agreed to, that charge is ok. I am only asking for a refund for services I was not aware of and did not agree to from October 2017 to February 2018 (5 months of charges).

If School of Rock Boca Raton are willing to refund my money no more time and energy needs to be wasted regarding this matter. If not the ridiculous behavior I have received will be reflected in the reviews your social media pages will receive.

I love how the kids are learning music theory in such a fun way! First, they learn the music and then they are taught theory behind it. My son is proudly telling everyone that he is learning how to READ music. He is just as excited to go to his private lesson as he is to go to Rock 101. He just loves being there and we see improvement in him every week.

The staff at School of Rock Boca is making a tremendous difference in my child’s life. My son has A LOT of energy and I was worried that he wasn’t mature enough to be there. Just the other day, we were all talking about how much he has changed in the last 6 months. He has made new friends and looks up to some truly awesome role models. He has found something in himself that he didn’t know was there and the teamwork he is learning is priceless. Enrolling him at SOR Boca is honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made as his Mom. If your child has music in their heart, this is the place for them to shine!
