I came into the salon and inquired about a body wave, I specifically told the stylist I DO NOT want curl, only a wave... Well needless to say her comprehension skills aren't that great and I now look ridiculous, like a poodle. I'm so upset, my hair is so damaged and frizzy, my color is faded, my hair is just bad,.. The whole purpose of me getting the wave was so I could allow it to dry naturally and use less heat, now I have no choice but to blow it out and straighten it every time it gets washed making the damage MUCH worse.. My hair was healthy and shiny when I went it, now it's dull and horrible.. I called the salon manager and she was less than helpful, told me there is absolutely nothing she can do about it because the stylist rent booths there, she did offer to give me the stylist phone number so I can ask her to do my hair again.. As if I want the same woman who ruined my hair to touch it again.. Ugh.. Beware, if there is an issue you're basically screwed.. Nobody at this salon cares what happens to their clients...
