Not quite what you pay for. I signed up for SDS a year ago. Some of my accounts are settled but by the time you pay all of their fees I'm not sure it's worth it. Dave Green is my "account manager" if you can call it that. I was basically told to keep paying almost $300/month and to just stay out of it. I never know what is going on with my money or which accounts are settled/being settled. Customer service is TERRIBLE. If I had to do it over again I would just stop paying my credit card bills and negotiate with the creditors myself. The ones I talked to were more than willing to work out a payment plan with me which would have saved me a ton of money.
