Ripped me off and would not refund me when I tried to return item less then a hour after purchase. Overcharged me by at least 5x what item should cost. Avoid.

They had so many options it was hard to choose just a few!? Also the staff was very friendly and helpful, they let me try many samples to help me make a good choice. I will shop here again.

I bought a perfume from kenzo on the store but the box was different than the one that I wanted, then I asked the owner about it, I even showed him a picture of it and he said it was the same, that they just changed the box, but when I got home I could see that it wasn’t the same. Some days later I came to change it but the lady said I couldn’t change it whitout the plastic they gave me (they never said it before), so I had to come back again. This time she said that we should talk to the owner because he could get the perfume I wanted for me, and he wasn’t there, so I should call before I go to ask if was there yet. That’s what I did next, I called her and she said he was going to be there, then I came and one more time he wasn’t there, and she said that he wasn’t coming. So yesterday I just came there and changed for any other because I got the one that I wanted in other place already, but he was there this time and was very rude. But this hole time they just made me lose my time. The owner is a liar, the only thing he wants is to convince you to buy more and more and the price is the same of any other store. So save your time and patience and go anywhere else.
