The worst people to call to ask any question. Very unpleasant people to ever deal with. They can't even answer a simple question without giving you an attitude. Grs management was so much better to deal with. Only gave them one star because I couldn't do zero. But they don't deserve any star.

This company is absolutely terrible to deal with. My husband and I are in the process of purchasing our first home and unfortunately we have had to deal with this company for our HOA approval. We are approaching closing and turned out application in several weeks in advance and are still awaiting approval. The application states that approval will be received within 30 days and it has been well over that since we turned ours in and we have continually had to reach out for an answer. They sure had no trouble depositing our check for the application fee, however. Ernie is incredibly unorganized and the secretary, Reisa, is much worse. Almost considered backing out just to avoid dealing with them in the future.
