Provided by YP.comThis UPS Store is completly out of compliance with State regulations. State regulations says that a person that is renting a mailbox MUST use a PMB# (for private mailbox) prior to the number to let the public know that they are NOT a a suite or a REAL office. I spoke to Chuck at this store today because I got ripped off by the person who rents box #251 and he was rude and simply did not care. He told me the owner of this company is Joel Rifkin and he doesnt care either. They ripped me off of $69.00 and simply did not care. SHAME ON THEM!!!! They know they are out of compliance and can care less who they rent boxes to because they make money.
