I placed an order with Twinkle Toes by Kim on June 4 as of Aug 15 have not received my 3 pairs of flip-flops or my $116.97 very disappointed with her services. Have filed a dispute with Paypal for my money or merchandise. I have left phone calls and emails and both go unreturned. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM HER!!!!!

Buyer beware - - do not purchase from this "merchant". This merchant is fraudulent!!! Twinkle toes by Kim will charge you for shoes and not send you shipping information or even ship your shoes!!! I had to put in a claim with my credit card b/c Twinkle toes by Kim is a fraud. It's been a month and she refuses to return my calls, texts, or emails. I never received my shipping information let alone, my shoes!



PLEASE do yourself a favor and read the reviews before buying...I wish I had. Don't buy from here!

Beware of Twinkle Toes by Kim. I ordered bridal flip flops and have not received anything, when you try to contact Kim for status of purchase there is no reply. I also reported this company to the BBB and guess what nothing is going to change unless people start reading reviews before ordering. This company is a complete scam, the pics are nice but I am sure the pics are not worth paying for..... because you will not receive your purchase. If I could give a rating worse than one star I would.

I just placed my third order with Twinkle Toes by Kim and haven't had a single problem. In fact, when I emailed them to ask how to use my coupon on the second pair, I got a response from Kim, who was very nice and helpful. The company definitely exists - I have the beautiful flip flops to prove it. Hopefully the company will make things right for the previous reviewer. The flip flops really are worth it!

Please beware of twinkle toes by Kim, the company is a fake, I ordered a 87.00 pair of savorskian crystal flip flops, they charged my card and said 7 to 10 days, it's been almost 2 months and still no shoes, she couldn't even send me proof of shipment info, I'm turning this one over to my lawyer, already reported to BBB, if your in search of a fabulous pair if bling'd out sandals, twinkle toes is not the place to go
