To whom it may concern, My name is Justin and me and my girlfriend, Tabitha, are residents at Flagstone apartments. We've never been late on a rent payment, until now, which was purposely done. I ahve had issue after issue with this apartment "710" and enough is enough. I have placed 5 work orders, (each a problem that was already known by the management in the leasing office) and not one has been tended too. My girlfriend is pregnant and we are expecting very soon. There has been leaking in my apartment ever since we moved in. In better words, when it rains outside, it rains inside. This has cause thick mold to grow. The mold has gotten so bad, it has eaten three large holes in the living room wall which are easily visible. The mold has discolored the wall at its lower surfaces and now is growing across the living room wall. The leaking has caused the carpet to decay, no longer connected to the floor. Maittenance came approximately 1 month ago, looked at it and left. Not one of them has stepped foot in the apartment since. We have not enjoyed our home since it has been called that. I've talked to William and he says "I'm on it", but I see nothing being done. I will now hold my rent until an eviction court date is held, and I'm anxious to tell the court what is going on. I will not abandone my apartment, so no lock changes can be made as it states in the lease. I will send this e-mail to whoever I have to in order to be heard. signed, Justin of apt 710
