you call and everything is completely automated!!!! there is no REAL PERSON that helps YOU . for simple example. receiving simple xrays to send to a physcian says it takes a week. THAT IS NOT TRUE.ive worked in hospitals and everythig is fileD in alphabetical order. and the amount of clerical nurses that are inside that hospital cant take 2 minutes to say a simple "oh yes ma'am please hold and let me check your information and get those x-rays." IT DOES NOT TAKE 3 DAYS TO GET A SET OF XRAYS!!! OH AND FOR THE LOCALS THAT SEE THE BILLBOARD OFF OF 441 THAT SAYS EMERGENCY OUT PATIENT """""""""LESS THAN 30 MINUTES"""""""" IS BULL!!!! WHAT THEY MEAN BY THAT IS THEY WILL SEND YOU INTO A ROOM WITHIN 30 MINUTES BUT YOU STILL WAIT 4 HOURS BEFORE A NURSE OR A DOCTOR WILL SEE YOU!!!! ONCE A DOCTOR COMES IN THEY A RUDE ARE RUDE AND VERY JUDGEMENTAL DEPENDING ON YOU SITUATION. IN FACT ITS A STEREO TYPICAL BOCA ENVIRONMENT AND IF YOU DONT HAVE MONEY OR SEEM LIKE YOU HAVE MONEY YOU ARE TREATED AS IF YOU ARE AT THE SCUM OF THE EARTH AND THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL
