Horrible shopping experience....

Firstly I was excited to see a new baby store but I stopped by the store 4 times before I was able to get in. Their hours are ridiculous and do not accommodate evening or Sunday shoppers. Secondly, I finally made it to the store unpacked my baby, and his stroller & bags only to find out that "YOU CAN'T BRING A STROLLER IN A BABY STORE!" so I kindly park it outside the store, get out my squirmy 4 month old (19lb) son tote him around the store while trying to shop with one hand. And lastly this...They watch you like a hawk. Seriously, every time you move to a different display they move with you pretending to be straightening up. My family is very wealthy and I found it offensive for them to be following me around everywhere. If they are really worried about security, they should invest in security cameras not make people feel uncomfortable.

Terrible costumer service! My daughter's father bought our little girl 4 outfits from there this past weekend... he has never bought her clothes before so he asked for assistance when figuring out which size to get her. He told the employee that she weighted 17lbs and is 7 months old. The employee instructed him that 2 outfits that ares size 0-3 (8-12lbs), another outfit which is 3-6 months (12-16lbs) and another outfit which is 12-18 months (21-24lbs) should all fit her. Which is obviously wrong and doesn't even make any sense. We are separated so when i noticed the sizes were all wrong i didn't have the heart to tell him and ask for the receipt since i could see he was so excited and he had tried. When i went in today (Monday) to exchange the outfits for the correct sizes they would not let me exchange them for a different size because they were sale item. i asked them if her father brought them in with the receipt if it would help and they informed me that even if i had the receipt it wouldn't matter. I have been a regular customer at Baby Love and was even greeted by the lady there telling another person that i was, "a good customer of theirs." Needless to say I will be taking all of my business to Moda Bebe at Dominion Ridge across from The Dominion. Its so sad that they weren't even willing to do anything to help. I will never step foot in there again and I will be telling my friends and family who frequently shop there the same.
