CLOSED NOW - Opens at 7:00am

First time being here. Setting up an appointment doesn't even matter. There's only one lady in the office. She does the front desk and the back. I had an appointment for 7:45am. Yesterday April 1, 2014. When I arrived the two ladies waiting in the waiting room told me, you minds well have a set because she's alone again! The woman I sat by told me she's there a lot and every time its the one Hispanic lady working by herself. After the lady checks you in, she then takes you to the back and draws your blood and then she goes back to the front and checks in the next person in line and does the same thing over and over. That poor lady is being taken advantage of just because she knows how to do it all in that place. And even the woman sitting next to me said the same and was talking about changing her lab place because of this. Y'all need more then one person running this office. I arrived at 7:30am and was finally out of there at 9:00am. Not because the lady working, she was VERY fast and EXCELLENT at what she does. Just sitting and waiting for each person to get checked in and then their blood drawn. Ridiculous to take advantage of the woman working. She deserves a raise for doing IT ALL! She should be a Manager or something who runs it all so she can hire herself some help! I pray this woman gets what she deserves. Maybe I'll be back and hopefully see some help in there. I know I wouldn't keep that job if I was taken advantage of like that. That's wrong.
