lied to by a sales person regarding a certified pre owned vehicle. Told the car had new tires then told in the next service after 6000 miles that the tires were worn out. They hid behind processes when confronted.

Got ripped off!

I have been taking my car to MB of Boerne for over two years. My warranty is expired and I have been paying for maintnance and repairs out of my own pocket.



When my car broke again I ended up taking it MB Boerne. A part was replaced that cost me a good some of money and my service advisor promised me that the car was working again. When I arrived the car wouldn't start and I was assured that the part they replaced was also the cause of the current problem (funny, because they didn't know what it was). So a few days later I recieve a call that a part had to be replaced that was worth 30% of my car's current value, at this point I declined and decided to fix the car somewhere else. Service advisor refused to refund me the money for a problem they didn't fix.

After days of research on Mercedes online-forums I matched the symtoms my car was having to the ones described in a thread and ended up fixing the car myself for 6 times cheaper than what the dealership quoted me, and it was a part that has nothing to do with what the dealer replaced and was suggesting to replace.



Unfortunatly this incident and a few previous ones involving the car breaking down and the dealer not being able to diagnose it correctly have ruined my perception of MB Boerne.
