I was more then impressed with the help I received today. they helped me find a certified letter info from last year. I lost the tracking numbers papers. Without that information I would have lost 6 years of jumping through for va disability hoops. The va closed my case. They said they didn't receive the letter. Now they will reinstate it. Nicest people but NEVER open at 8 as the door says! Always people waiting and usually leaving because they have places to be! Ugh.
