Horrible! Worst experience ever for our dog. He was kept in a kennel for over 8 hours with no water or bath room break. When we picking him up he was dehydrated and desperately in need of a potty break.
Also, the employees were not wearing masks and they lost his expensive long-lasting flea collar. We will never use them again and are warning all our friends that still go there.

I have been taking both my dogs to pooches day spa for a few years . They did great in the beginning but after a while the grooming service seemed very careless. On my part I admit I never complained because I figured the next time would be better. Not so! I thought I would give it one more try, so I called and left a message on their answering machine to set up a appointment and never got a call back. I suppose if you only take your dogs in once every couple of months then your more hassle then its worth. What else am I suppose to think. I'm sorry this has happened as i was hoping they were more professional then this. Guess I should have left long time ago.

Took my dog here for a year - every 6 weeks or so. In the beginning they were great. Had two instances of poor grooming, which they corrected. On a third occasion, he was groomed properly, but at his routine vet appt the next day, they found a cut on his neck. Vet determined it came from the grooming the day before. Needless to say - will never return to them.
