Samantha Rios highlighted my hair way too blond. My skin tone looked washed out, my hair felt like hay, and the ends are breaking off. Went to a higher priced salon to repair the color and still repairing the damage. Thought she being the "owner" would do a wonderful job. I was wrong. I got what I paid for, if I had just paid the higher price then I would not be still be paying for it now. For really basic cuts places like this are ok but for more technical work do not go to Rios Golden Cut In Boerne,Texas
