Manager at location is rude and unprofessional. Been taking 4 cars for approximately 2 years. When car in front of my left the bay I waited few minutes then tried to enter as there is no sign saying what to do and cars were building up behind me. When I attempted to enter the manager screamed at me from across the facility. I backed out and waited. Another 5 minutes went by and he came from his area to an area close to me, pointed his finger at me and barked at me, "I'll be with you in a minute!" This happened in front of all the customers and his staff. Again, approximately another 5 minutes goes by and he comes to my window and asked for my driver's license and insurance. He didn't even ask me why I was there, what service I needed just for me to hand over some identification. I asked why he was barking at me and pointing his finger at a client has been bringing him 4 cars and repeated business. He tried to defend his terrible behavior by saying there is a "hole in the ground". I explained I saw the hole but he did not need to yell at me and point his finger in a threatening manner as he did. I also asked if it would have been difficult for him to have just walked over to my car when he came over the first time and politely explain what he was doing and he said he didn't think he treated me badly. I told him I obviously felt he treated me badly or would not have brought it to his attention. Yelling and pointing your finger at a loyal customer is not only bad business but it is insulting to the customer, the other customers that were there and his staff. He again said he did nothing wrong. Needless to say I have tried contacting the corporate office via email and voicemail to let them know what happened. Even the corporate team does not contact you after a few days pass by and I am still waiting to be contacted. Went to the Jiffy Lube down the street, was serviced quickly and politely. They even gave me a discount on the wiper blades they recommended.
