We had a hold on our mail for several days. When we received our mail today I knew it couldn't be all of our mail. I called the post office and spoke to a very helpful woman named Sandy. I told her the situation. She said the mail would be at the annex, and she would check when she went over there later. She called me and said she found our box of mail, and would put it where they would see it to deliver it tomorrow. I really appreciate her going the extra mile. She could easily have said not my job, but she didn't. God bless you Sandy.

I continue to get misdelivered mail. When I flag it for redelivery, they just put it back in my mailbox. I NEVER mail anything from this post office. Use a San Antonio location.

So often I get other peoples mail and I will put it in the out mail area. But I had a card sent to me that I did not get. It was sent out of AZ the Monday before Mothers Day. I never got it. I can only think it was put in the wrong mail box or lost in the mail. It would seem to me, a little time is needed to make sure the right mail goes in the right mailbox.
