Had reservations for our two dogs, had never been before but advised by others how nice the place was. We asked many questions about what we needed (shots etc) and took care of everything ahead of time. We like to use 1-800-pet-meds as many of you with animals know you can save a lot of money by administering the shots yourself (ones that are allowed to be done by you.). We took the empty shots, receipts etc to our vet when they did the rabies vaccines. Wagmore owner called us to tell us that this was not acceptable by their standards. Then was extremely rude to my husband who administers shots without a problem because he is an MD. She continued to tell my husband she did not believe him and how many people "try" to say they administer vaccines themselves and do not. Owner was unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and we will NEVER use this place for our pets because of her behavior on the phone. We now have reservations at our local vets office for our animals. Our vet has NO problem
