Had Company Install a New Standing Seam Metal Roof 2012. Area above ft. Porch is less than 1/12 pitch and has apparently leaked since the installation as the T-111 wood ceiling is delaminating. Contacted contractor owner (John Williamson) several times and never received a call back. Finally, one of his employees came out and inspected the roof and took photos and discussed the roof with John Williamson via cell phone and informed me that John wanted to Inspect the roof. We have yet to receive a call back or any further contact by this contractor. And no response to voice mails left on his cell phone. Have little choice but to have the roof repairs performed by others and seek legal action.

Had this company install a standing seam roof in 2012,thought it was good until I had some leak issues,have called many times to no avail.Had to have Legacy roofing come out ,said there was no caulking around the vents!
