As a family medicine practice, we provide a medical home and offer immediate and continuing care for a variety of acute and chronic medical problems, including acne, allergies, arthritis, asthma, diabetes, fatigue, fibromyalgia, gynecological disorders, headaches, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, insomnia, sexual health issues and disorders, skin disorders, stress disorders, thyroid disorders, tobacco dependence, urinary tract infections, weight problems, and more. Office appointments cost $95. Procedures, injections, labs, tests, letters, telephone visits, and house calls are usually extra. We do not charge a monthly or yearly concierge membership fee.vPayment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cash.
