Epic Signs did an EPIC job at installing our LED sign.. First class service thanks to Marlene knew she would get the job completed no stress . Took care of all the paperwork and dealings with our town. She never gave up until we had our LED sign installed!!! Can't thank EPIC enough for all they did for us. AWESOME company who cares for their clients! Thank you EPIC !! Extremely satisfied client.

I received a request yesterday to rate Epic Signs. I am 100% pleased. Upmost respect for their craft. Signs are made custom. My LED HALO lit channel letters not only came out looking perfect but when I touched the signs prior to installation they were actually really heavy. Which showed me that my previous sign makers were using very cheap materials. They designed pulled town permits manufactured and installed my signage.

So I have had the opportunity to work with Epic Signs on 4 occasions. They have made 3 awnings and 6 Large Dunkin Channel letter Signs for us. Its tricky cause they have to comply with not only our company guidelines but also the townships zoning and building officers, the landlord of the buildings, the GC's on my jobs, the electricians etc. My last sign maker got fired for the inability to work well with my people. But I have to say Epic signs is smart cause they have a Staff member whos sole job is to over see all communications from client to town officials her staff members etc. She will communicate all concerns to her boss and get things resolved for you. I have the owners personal cell # too incase, never had to use it. He has a great team. Any questions I would call or text her when ever. Honestly as long as they are in business I will stay with them. Don't think I written long reviews for anyone before. But Epic just completed a job for me that was rejected by the town 3 times. IDK how they did it but they got my signage approved!
