Terrible experience. 5 hour service window with no ability to get updates, the response was an irritated sigh and the statement of "I have no idea" - like it was unreasonable for a customer to ask...

Tech arrived and refused to wait more than ten minutes for the problem to reproduce even though i had an audio recording of the problem (grinding fan noise) when the oven was operating over time, then company refused to send the tech back when the problem started happening 5-10 minutes later.

Net net: customer's are treated very rudely. Competence is questionable.

This place is absolutely horrendous, their repair service is unreliable and service man (Kevin) is rude, nasty and a disgrace. I have pregnant wife at home that had to wait week to get warranty service to our dish washer. They gave a crazy time frame of between 1-6 pm. But would call first. Well they did, specifically at the time my wife had told them she would have to pick up our 2 kids from school. She asked nicely that it would take 5 minutes to pick them and that if they got to the house before her to please wait a couple of minutes. The man got very rude and told her he she was inconveniencing him. Then when she asked him for his boss phone number, he told her that now he would not come and not to call them again. Ask your retailer who services your appliances warranties first, before you purchase from them.
