I can't believe how reliable and cost friendly Heavy Doody Plumbing & Heating is. What a great company. I spoke with the master plumber, Billy. He is a very friendly person and an excellent business man. He definitely fixed my leak and hardly charged me anything!

I had Billy (the owner/master plumber who is licensed and insured; most important for me). I had him come to my house after having 3 other plumbers come and check out the problem I was having. They were unprofessional and not one of them could figure out what was going on. All 3 of them had said it was something else and "fixed" the problem. I ended up spending close to $5,000.00. I was ready to give up! I saw the ad for Heavy Doody Plumbing and Heating on this website and decided to look a little further into his co. at http://www.heavydoodyplumbingandheating.com/. I decided to give it one last shot otherwise just give up on the problem all together. I called his business and I spoke directly with Billy, the master plumber, I explained my problem to him and he said he would come by the very next morning to look at it for no charge and let me know if he would be able to help me. The minute he got here he looked at it and within 15 minutes, he came and explained everything to me and what it would cost. It was something so small and was only a $200.00 job and I have not had any issues since. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a PROFESSIONAL plumber. The best thing about him is he gets straight to the point and is a completely honest business man. He also has 24/7 service hours and he should def. be your first choice; he will be the one you speak with when you call, not a receptionist or a machine or any of that, which is great because you get to explain the issue to him directly.

I used this plumber for leak with my boiler and had no heat in my home. This happened in January of this year, so as you can imagine, it was freezing. The plumber came over right away and I had heat that night. He was very professional and gave me a good price. I called a few other plumbers and no one wanted to come out that day and the prices they gave me were ridiculous. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.
