The absolute worst. Asked the driver if she had a card machine in the car, she said yes. Got to my destination and she said she thought I asked for a business card and it was a 25 minimum on my card that she had to call in. The extremely rude gentleman on the other end said he couldn't possibly charge less than 25 for a 10 ride because his machine wouldn't allow it (complete bs). After I just said to charge the 25 because I wanted to be out of the car already, they then said Oh and we're going to add tax to the 25 also. Unbelievable. Never again. And I use car service every Monday and Thursday for business travel.

Driver didn't want to take plastic - told me my destination (I didn't know the area) was a $7 ride. Paid the fee to get cash at an off-brand ATM, got in and the drive THEN told me it was JUST around the corner, but $7 was their minimum fare. Refused to give me a receipt. And was BEYOND rude when I decided not to tip for terrible service and a $7 2-minute cab ride. Worst car service I have ever used.
