The customer service is horrible ! They have no sense of urgency . It was countless times when I called and received no answer . I texted and got no response . Apparently there is only one person in the shop that could work on my item and EVERY TIME I checked he was never there. They would tell me they were going to call back with updates and never did . Horrible . After a week , they told me to get my jacket at 6 which is when they close . I arrive at 5:55 and I'm told it will be brought to my car . At 6:15 I was still in my car without my item . I would save your money and time.

Poor costumer service. Won't be visiting this monogram shop ever again!

Think twice before visiting Palmetto Twist on Boiling Springs for your monogram needs. Clearly messed up my order and became very angry when I wanted it fixed. I then took it to another place to have the monogram fixed. They were shocked that they would monogram it so poorly anyway. I don't recommend this place. Poor costumer service. Too many places to have things monogrammed to have to put up with such rudeness!
