Answered the phone quickly, knew what I was asking for and was able to tell me they carried what I needed immediately. Prices, on the orchids I wanted, were as good as Fred Meyer or Home Depot and I trust the plants were more expertly care for. They look fabulous. Also able to help me pick out an appropriate container so I was able to repot to together. This is a Boss' Day gift so I was thrilled for the help and good service.
