I've been calling at least once a week for almost 2 months in regards to a deposit for my grandmother's apartment since she has passed away and I am always told that the lady that I need to talk to "isn't there" and will "call me back" but I have yet to get a call back or get any information regarding the deposit. Absolutely disgraceful.
