I bought a product from the store, and it was defective. I tried to fix the problem by speaking with the floor manager asking for a replacement. The store manager said that he cannot replace it, but he did offer me 25% off another one. I drove 60 miles after being told that they would replace the item, and now they are reneging on the promise of which I had received over the phone. I’m very disappointed to see that this business is unethical and greedy. I own two businesses and I would not approve of this. I do not recommend going to the store unless you are open to this sort of behavior. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
