We had our annual health check up today for two small dogs. This office is so comfortable when you walk thru the door. The people are friendly and respectful. They seem to love our dogs. Dr Stoenner is fabulous. I really like everything about All Pet Complex. And the check up got a thumbs up!!

I brought my 7 month old kitten in here just over a week ago to be spayed and declawed and I was super happy with my experience. We've been through this process in the past with our animals and we had never been given the thorough run down of the procedure and the expert after care as we were here. Our kitten was sent home with meds, special kitty litter to protect her toes and her stitches, and we were given a discharge report so that we knew exactly what to do when we got her home. They gave me a broad pick up time range that worked with my schedule, and the staff was super friendly as always. They also were available by phone on the weekend to answer my question that I had and had a knowledgeable answer. I will continue to bring my pets back her as often as I need to. They also gave me a great price for the procedure that didnt break the bank.

I took my Yorkie to be boarded for the week, and the day I was to pick up my dog, I received a phone call from a lady who said she had found my dog. I told her she must have the wrong dog because my dog was at the Veterinary being boarded. I quickly learned my dog had escaped and was running around her neighborhood! Luckily for me she was an honest person and called the number on my dog's tag. My dog was able to escape from a hole in the fence. My family would have been devastated. We payed the boarding bill despite this event. I received no apology. I will never leave my dog there and never recommend the facility to anyone.

We have been taking our pets to All Pet Complex for 12 years. Dr. Warner is great about explaining options for treatments and risks and benefits of each approach. Excellent medical care and kind staff. Highest recommendation!

If you are looking for a local Veterinarian to Boise or Eagle, ID, I can't recommend the doctors at All Pet any higher. I have been taking my dogs and cats to them for 20 years and the people and technology just keep getting better. They are compassionate, caring and understanding and strive for the best possible treatment of my pets. Dr. Warner believes in informing you of all the possibilities and lets you make your own judgment of the best course of action for your pet's health. I highly recommend them!
