I was looking for an honest and good auto repair service and boy did I find it at Al's Car Care! I took my car in (Fairview Ave.) for 60K service and they performed only maintenance items needed in the 60K "guidelines" and caught me up on a couple of other items that have my Honda-CRV running like a brand new car! My car was completed at the time promised and the cost was very reasonable. My sister's 2000 Saturn, turning 107K miles, failed emissions testing and she took it to Al's on Grove St. (they do emissions repairs). Not only did they repair it to pass emissions, they also gave her an idea of what she could expect in longevity for her car with proper maintenance. The diagnosis was a probable no major items until 150K, so she knows her pocketbook won't be nickle & dimed w/unnecessary repairs. It is so great to have the peace-of-mind of good auto care. They even called to see if I was satisfied w/my service and if I had any suggestions...true customer service! Thank You, Al's!

Amazing service and helpful staff! I visited the downtown location and Brad helped answer all my questions and they even gave me a ride to work. My repairs were done on time and the price was very reasonable, defiantly the place to go for car repairs.

These guys are awesome!!!. They repaired my car, didn't charge an arm and a leg and got it done when they said. I needed an expensive dealer part and they found a good used part for me.. saved me $ 200.00 ..!!! I'll never go anyplace else..
