Don't waste your money!! I've been here a total of 3 times and each time order has been wrong! Once is OK.. 2 is pushing it and the 3rd time is just ridiculous! It's overpriced for such nasty food.

Never go to the Applebees on Emerald in Boise! We got the worst service ever then got harrassed by the manager saying that we touched the servers a**! Kinda interesting because we were all there with our husbands! it took 45 mintutes to get appetizers that were cold and the manager admitted that they did sit under warmer for a while! We asked for refills on drinks who knows how many times and the waitress kept forgetting! The waitress knew we were upset so she was stupid enough to make an excuse to get out of our table and ruin our dinner that we didn't even get 5 bites out of! Needless to say just dont go there, they are very rude and disrespectful, and honestly dont care about there customers!! We have never felt so embarrassed in our lives and the we didn't even do anything wrong!

Food here comes from a variety of areas. Never had a bad time...its Ok..Good food...and not too expensive.
