I walked in and was greeted and the repair of my kookoo clock was repaired at the counter in less than five minutes and a a very fair price. The work I thought I needed was not recommenddd even though it would of been a $200. Job for the owner. An honest man is hard to find but I found him here. I highly recommend.

I had the best experience here. The owner was so nice and told me my Clock wasn't actually broken and I just didn't know how to operate it. He spent 20 minutes showing me how to operate it and only charge me five dollars.

They use to be great, however never again… Don't go there... Overpriced repair and they lose your items.

We took our antique mantel clock in for cleaning along with the pendulum and the key. We never got OUR original key back. After being told (very rudely) I never had a key Mr. Arden finally presented us with a cheap after market key. The attitude displayed was totally unacceptable for any business.. I can only assume someone must have liked the old original key better than the replacement we were provided.
