My fiance gave me an unusual engagement ring. Artsmith's Jewelry designed a perfect wedding band to match it. It is so perfect that people who have admired it could not believe that it was not purchased as a wedding set and wanted to know where my fiance had purchased it. I delighted in telling them about Artsmith's.

Had some work done on a pendant, every other place wanted at least $120 and would send it out to be done. Artsmith's did it in two days and for a fraction of the cost, $30. Did a wonderful job and were so friendly. I send all of my friends there when they need work done. Each person has been happy with the work. They fixed my mother's wedding ring and she was crying with joy when she picked it up. Other places had told her it could not be fixed.

I had been going to Lee Reed Jewelers until my mom mentioned this place and I'm sure glad she did! I needed a stone reset in my ring (the second one in 2 months) and they wanted something around 80 dollars to reset and stone and fix a set of prongs that had broken. I went to Artsmith's and not only did they do what I wanted, they also recommended resetting all the stones lower since they were falling out because they weren't being supported on the bottom. They did all of this for only 30 dollars and not a stone has fallen out since!Bravo!

so i took in my engagement ring on a thursday and i was told that it would be done by monday. all i was getting done was it needed to be sized down and the prongs needed to be redone. Well come monday when it should have been done i called and was told that it had not even been started yet. i went in at about noon and they still hadn't gotten to it. so after four days my ring was still not done. needless to say i was very annoyed. i asked for my ring back and they just gave it to me, no apology or anything. if you are wanting anything in a timely manner i would say not to go here. Plus the staff was not overly friendly.
