I have a big dog who is normally gentle and even tempered unless you touch his feet, or you want him to go in a strange place. Needing a significant nail trim I scheduled with Travis. Getting to the shop, Koda refused to go in the building so, unfazed, Travis came outside to work with him. Travis was calm, gaining Koda's trust and did a beautiful job of clipping his nails - outside in front of the shop. I was so appreciative of the expertise, gentleness and understanding Travis had for my dog that I will be back again in 4 - 6 weeks and I have every confidence Koda will eventually go inside the building!

HORRIBLE !!!!! Just the worst !!! Red haired guy there DIDN'T EVEN look at my dogs or greet them....just kept looking at a card ...since we had been there before and said "I charge more than this"!!! RUDE CRUDE AND MEAN!!! I don't care about the money..I'm well off.. I have gone there in the past because they were close. Now they have new people SO UNCARING. ..I just wanted someone who was caring since our dogs are such sweethearts. If you charge more than the last person that groomed them fine....BUT DO NOT BE INSULTING TO ME OR MY DOGS. Please take my advice NEVER EVER EVER GO THERE. I won't ever and you can be sure I will tell EVERYONE I encounter with a dog the same !

Horrible cut my dogs skin charged way to much for a touch up took to long when wewhere on a time crunch wasn't willing to stay open till I got off work left dogs alone

Great job on my puppy! Bennie came out with a new groom that he strutted proudly. Thank you Cortney in doing a great job on my new puppy!

Best grooming shop in Idaho

I have been going there for 6 years, and I know for a fact they treat they're furry clients with so much love. Not only are they great at what they do but they love it too. I would recommend them 110%
