Dr. Newcomb redid a root canal originally done by a Harvard endodontist
I've had 4 root canals by 3 endodontists and Dr. Newcomb was
the best. He listened that I'm very sensitive to teeth pain and made sure I was numb. He did a thorough job and made sure to get the roots clean. No root problems after and healed well. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Bruce Newcomb didn't find it necessary to do a root canal but had no problem charging me $140 for X-rays and the "cold test." He kept mentioning over and over that I had deep roots. I had a bad feeling the moment I walked in the door. The office staff was arguing in front of patients with Dr. Newcomb about scheduling mishaps. I'm pretty sure he just wanted to take the day off. They treated me with little respect and I suffered immense pain and discomfort for several more weeks until a real professional performed a thorough root canal on a tooth that very much required such treatment.

I was referred to Dr Newcomb by my dentist to have an emergency root canal. Upon arrival at his office, he saw no need to perform the root canal right away and sent me home. I was told to come back in the morning. That night the abcess around my tooth broke. My mouth and neck became swollen and I experienced the worst pain of my life. The next morning, he cut my gums to drain the infection that was in my gums, again he sent me home without performing the root canal. Enough is enough with this inexperienced dentist, I went to another endodontist who performed the much needed root canal. Dr. Newcomb had the nerve to send me a bill for his services. This man is a JOKE!

I work for the County and chose Willamette Dental, wow what a mistake! Nov. 21st diagnosed needing Rootcanal, but not scheduled until Jan. 23rd, are they kidding?! By January 17th I had been in the ER 2x because the huge infection was hampering my swallowing and breathing! By Monday, Martin Luther King Day, I stumbled into Willamette Dental, badly swollen face, great pain, fever and admittedly very rudely demanded a referral out! Wow, what a difference! I got in almost immediately and was operated on to relieve the pain and swelling the SAME DAY! Can't say enough good about Boise Endodontics! I highly recommend to anyone needing expert, fast, professional help!
