These people rescheduled twice with us. When they finally showed up to fix a broken toilet and install 2 faucets they were very disappointing! They installed the faucets incorrectly and said they needed to order parts to fix the toilet. That toilet is still broken 45 days later. We called them twice and they said they would follow up but never called back and never returned. Super unprofessional!!!

When I returned home at ~2:30pm, the temperature of my home was cooler than normal (62). The furnace blower was functioning, but the igniter would not come on to light the furnace. I called a couple of Boise heating/cooling companies, but they both said they could not get to my home until after business hours. I then called Boise plumbing and drain and the receptionist was very helpful. She said she could get someone to the house within an hour and then said she would call the service rep to get an accurate time. When she called back she confirmed the service rep would arrive within an hour. The service rep, Ed, arrived shortly there after. He was polite, professional, and very helpful. Within a half an hour he had diagnosed the problem, faulty igniter, and fixed it. I would highly recommend BPD to anyone in Boise with a furnace problem.

I had a new furnace and hot water heater installed. Furnace is an 80% efficiency variable stage / modulating furnace and water heater is a 50 gallon water heater.



Overall I was very satisfied with the service performed by Boise plumbing and Drain. I contacted Keith (owner) of Boise plumbers after seeing separate deals on Meridian High School coupon sheet for a new furnace & a new 50 gallon water heater. Both of those items in my house were needing replacement and I had decided to bite the bullet and find a good Boise heating and cooling company with a good deal for those two items.



After answering my initial questions, Keith told me he wanted to come down and see what we would be dealing with and to provide me with the estimate/proposal. He came down, took a look at what was in place and discussed options with me. I decided to go with the deals that had been listed in the Meridian coupon book (they had already expired, but he honored them as I had contacted him before they had expired). We scheduled for his team to come about 2 weeks later.



His 2 man Boise Heating and cooling team arrived promptly and got straight to work at the time scheduled. Originally Keith had estimated about 5 hours, but his team took only about 3.5 hours to finish the install. One of the installers explained a few things to me about the furnace and hot water heater before they left. Overall it turned out great and the area was clean once installed.



The install occurred roughly 3 weeks ago and since then everything has been working great. There is a noticeable difference in that I don't get large spikes and valleys in the temperature in the house (I had a 1 stage furnace that was replaced) and I don't have to deal with a furnace that is overly loud. The new furnace is very quiet when on about 95% of the time. Every once in a while it spikes and generates some noise, but nothing very noticeable.



I highly recommend Boise Plumbing and Drain. They do a great job and are a very honest company.

I purchased a new refrigerator. The delivery man advised that I needed to call a local Boise plumber to have the water supply hooked up because although my prior refrigerator had the entire line already installed there was a different connector required to go from the line to the actual appliance. The Boise plumbing serviceman, Lloyd, installed this in as much time as it takes to screw in a nut into a bolt, and was in the home at the very most 30-35 min between entering the door, providing me with a quote, assessing the problem, going out to his van to get the part, applying the part, testing the water flow, pushing the refrigerator back in place, writing up the bill, & running my credit card.



I have been a client of Boise Plumbing and Drain for approximately 7 years, longer than Ive used any other Boise service company. I have always found them responsive, reliable and personable. One time Keith actually came over and adjusted my faucet and did not charge me because I had used their service in the past, and he was in and out in a few minutes. Recently I had a major back yard leak due to a faulty pipe involving my irrigation system. The Boise plumbers team responded promptly to my call and were able to juggle their schedule to have the problem evaluated same day. Lloyd actually came back the next day (Saturday) and worked very hard at resolving the issue. The charges for service have always been very fair and appropriate.



When I called yesterday for the new refrigerator service call to hook up the water, I was advised it might not be possible to address my problem same day, and that I might have to wait until today. I agreed that this was not an urgent issue, and completely understood and accepted this. I explained that this would be a very simple job because the water line was already installed, and all that was needed was a male adapter to screw into the refrigerator. I made several calls through Saturday to confirm the ETA of the Boise plumber service guy, and was aware that he might be delayed. I did not have a problem with the wait. However, when I was advised that the charges for the service were going to be $130 for putting on a small part that cost $4.00 ( reduced to $112.94 since i had a coupon), and that the actual time for putting on the part and connecting it was

Oh geez, what didn't they provide would be a shorter list. They fixed my toilet, replaced leaking and broken pipes to shower, electrolysis adapters, replace my water heater and install pressure valve and rerouted the line to next to my sump pump....SUPER brilliant move!!! Professional, budget minded advice about other plumbing issues. Todd and Ed are some of the best plumbers in Boise! As well as wonderful informative and friendly people. They cleaned up after themselves and wore booties to protect my hardwoods. Keith even came by after Todd told him, what an impossible time I was having with all the crooks bidding my plumbing disaster.





From the first meeting Todd was so comforting and informative. I just purchased this 1950's bungalow in East Boise. I have had 5 different Boise plumbing companies out here since I put in my bid to buy.They were rude and up selling even out right lying. Aaron is the greatest person as well as a honest plumber. His apprentice Josh is very accomplished also and will be a fabulous plumber under Todd's direction.LADIES...LISTEN UP. call this company if you want to be treated with respect and unbelievable honesty. This company has great deal also 849.00 for water heater great price!!!I opted for there 10% off. I have done my research and this company literally rocked my world. In the best way possible. I will be having Boise plumbing and drain back for other issues and I hope they stay around forever.

Boise plumbing and drain came thru when i needed a new water heater and needed it asap! Keith was able to get me on the schedule the same day i called and have my water heater done in time for an evening shower. couldn't be happier
