They always go above and beyond when it comes to service! We would recommend Pollo Rey to anyone! It does not hurt that their food is delicious!

Went to Pollo Rey this last Saturday. I had printed a coupon from the entertainment.com website. The employee at the cashier wearing a manager style shirt with glasses was a complete jerk! He had a major ego problem and would not take my coupon. I explained to him that I printed it off the entertainment.com website and he told me they only take the coupons from the book. He talked to me like I was an idiot and gave no customer service, or apologized. I walked out and went to Cafe Ole instead. As long as this guy works here, I would avoid this location at all costs. The people at the 8th street location are very friendly and the food is excellent. They did however recently raise prices at both locations.
