Cognitive Solutions is an amazing place. I was having problems with severe anxiety when I heard of Cognitive Solutions. At first I was skeptical about Neurofeedback, but with Dr. Woodward's advice, I did my research. I decided to give neurofeedback a try because I don't want to live on medications the rest of my life. I started neurofeedback therapy and within 6 treatments I started to notice a difference. My anxiety was actually a lot less. I was able to decrease the meds to 1 time a day and by the end, I was no longer taking medication. It has been 4 months since finishing neurofeedback therapy, and I am happy to report that my symptoms are completely resolved. I feel normal for the first time. If you are thinking about neurofeedback as an option, I highly recommend Cognitive Solutions. Dr. Woodward is just awesome...
